Parent & Family Programs Tailgate

Prior to kickoff versus SMU, join other Frog families for the TCU Parent & Family Programs Tailgate just outside the entrance to Amon G. Carter Stadium! The tailgate will begin approximately 2 hours prior to kickoff (game time to be announced).

Tickets include access to the Kelly Center Lawn, meal, non-alcoholic beverages, entertainment, lawn games, photo opportunities, and TCU giveaways! A cash bar is available. This is a come-and-go event. Tickets ($30 per adult/$20 per child ages 5-10) are required. Tickets not required for guests under age 5. Current students must purchase a ticket to attend.

8.8.2023 Update: Tickets are sold out! We will not re-open sales due to capacity constraints. There will be a buy/sell/trade board located at tailgate ticket pick-up on Friday of Family Weekend. You can also keep an eye on our TCU Parent Facebook Group, as several people typically end up posting available tickets there. Forewarning, there are scammers in the world and the Facebook group is no different. We’ve had a handful of people scammed in the past. Please request order verification, such as screenshot, from the individual selling the tickets.

Kappa Alpha Theta CASA 5K

The Kappa Alpha Theta 5k is an annual Family Weekend event, with the proceeds benefitting CASA of Tarrant County. CASA of Tarrant County is a non-profit organization that provides abused and neglected foster children with advocates in the court system. CASA volunteers allow children to have a future beyond the foster care system.

The 5K will start at Frog Fountain. The course takes participants around parts of the TCU campus and the surrounding neighborhoods. Come join the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and CASA of Tarrant Country to make a lasting impact for vulnerable foster children in need!
