The Caddo Maple, also known as the Florida Maple, is an upright, rounded shade tree with attractive foliage in the summer and a golden yellow fall color. When young, the maple has a light gray to tan colored bark, which darkens with age. The Caddo Maple is an easy to grow tree, reaching a size of around 50 feet tall at maturity, with a spread of around 40 feet. It is drought-tolerant and thrives in full sun.
