Is Family Weekend 2020 still scheduled for September?  With the health and safety of our students, families, and the TCU community in mind, the decision has been made to cancel Family Weekend 2020.  We realize that Family Weekend is a beloved TCU tradition and a much-anticipated fall event for our campus.  However, we believe this is the safest choice at this time.  View the full news release HERE.

Since Family Weekend is canceled, can I still come visit my student on campus?  Parents and family members are welcome to come visit their student(s).  To help keep our campus and visitors safe, please visit https://www.tcu.edu/coronavirus/index.php for information about TCU’s COVID-19 protection and prevention protocol.

Will Family Weekend be rescheduled for the spring of 2021?  TCU hopes to reschedule Family Weekend for the spring semester. In the meantime, Student Activities looks forward to providing a new opportunity in the fall of 2020 – Horned Frog Family Week – featuring virtual opportunities for students and families to remain connected and show their Horned Frog pride.  Details about these opportunities will be posted on this page in the coming weeks.

What is Horned Frog Family Week?  Horned Frog Family Week is a week of virtual programs designed to help families and students remain connected and show their Horned Frog pride.

When is Horned Frog Family Week?  Horned Frog Family Week will be held September 7-11.

As a family member, can I participate in Horned Frog Family Week on campus?  Horned Frog Family Week is designed for virtual participation.  On-campus events for families will not be held in order to support the health and safety of our TCU community and family members.

When will merchandise options be available to view online?  Merchandise will be available to view in mid-July 2020.

Can I find these items for sale from other retailers?  No. The merchandise sold on this site is exclusive to TCU Family Weekend.

Can I purchase mom and dad merchandise from Family Weekend year-round?  Unfortunately, we do not sell merchandise year-round.

Since Family Weekend is canceled, how do I receive the merchandise I ordered on this site?  At the time of purchase, families can select from two delivery options. Student Activities will ship purchases to students’ TCU post office boxes for free or families can choose a paid shipping option to have apparel shipped to their home addresses.

When will I receive the merchandise I purchased?  Merchandise will ship from Fort Worth no later than October 1, 2020.

What is the refund policy of merchandise?  All sales are final and non-refundable. In the event of a manufacturer defect or fulfillment mistake, please email familyweekend@tcu.edu for resolution.
